Spiritual Direction

Marlene Daubert is a trained Spiritual Director and she does individual spiritual direction, group direction and retreats. Marlene brings a deep spiritual nagture and an open heart to her work with the people she meets with. If you are local to us, she can work with you in person in our direction space. But Marlene works with people across the country using online tools like Zoom for sessions as well. 

Different than coaching, spiritual direction is a way of accompanying a person in their spiritual journey. It is a prayerful way of walking with a person to deeper faith and more generous service. The spiritual director asks not just “what is happening?” but also “what is God doing?” The spiritual director does not “direct” in the sense of giving advice and solving problems. Rather, the director helps a person respond to God’s invitation to a deeper relationship.
